Instructions
Break the chocolate into small pieces and melt with butter over a baigne marie (double boiling)
Beat the egg yolks with the sugar until pale yellow and creamy
Fold in the melted butter and chocolate mixture
Beat egg whites until stiff peaks form.
Gently fold in the beaten egg whites
Line a 23 cm(9 in) cake tin with greaseproof or other non-stick paper
Preheat oven to 180° (350 degrees F) . Bake the cake for 18 min
Serve it cold with powdwer sugar on top and whipped cream on a side
